Complaints are handled confidentially. When making
a complaint about perishable items i.e. flowers please contact
us within
48 hours from the date the order was received. We endeavour to
respond to all complaints within 5 working days but please note
complaints will be resolved within 14 days either with a full
credit card refund or in a mutually agreed manner. With non-perishable
items i.e. teddy bears please contact us within 7 days of receiving
your goods. You have the option to cancel a non-perishable order,
starting from the date of order for a 7 day working period, which
begins the day after goods are received. In this instance the
customer will be responsible for any costs incurred when returning
the item/s. We will refund your item cost within 30 days of a
cancellation being made.
