Delivery

Standard Interflora deliveries are normally made Monday to Saturday during normal shop hours. The standard delivery charge for orders to UK, Channel Islands and ROI addresses is £5.99.

For a delivery charge of £9.99 it is possible to request your order to be delivered either before or after 1pm. This service is available for all UK, Channel Islands & ROI orders placed anytime until 1pm the day before your chosen delivery date (1pm Saturday for Monday deliveries). Appropriate options to select this service will be displayed within the order process. During busy periods, we may be unable to offer this service.

For express/urgent deliveries please call our Customer Care Specialists on 01628 776 336. Then lines are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.

For funeral flowers ordered from the Sympathy range, it is possible to request a specific time for your delivery to be made - this service is only available for orders requiring delivery to a funeral.

If when delivering your order no-one is at home to receive it, the florist will leave a 'called today' card, inviting the recipient to call the florist and arrange a more convenient re-delivery date/time.
